Day of the Dead Themed Pattern

I made this in pencil, ink and copic sketch markers, then tried my best to clean it up in Photoshop. This was also the first time I had attempted a seamless repeating pattern after reading some tutorials, and I'd like to try this again, maybe tighter, cleaner, better but in digital form.
